Kirstin Luffler, Au.D.
Dr. Kirstin Luffler grew up in Macedonia, Ohio and graduated from Louisiana State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication disorders and a minor in linguistics. In 2010 she completed her Doctorate in Audiology through the University of Akron in Ohio. She performed her externship through the Head and Neck Institute at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Luffler has been with Georgia Hearing Center and ENT of Athens since 2010. She is a member of the American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), and the Georgia Academy of Audiology (GAA). She has also served as a member of the Ethical Practices Committee through the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Luffler has experience in aural rehabilitation, hearing aid dispensing, vestibular testing, electrophysiologic testing, diagnostic testing of all ages, and working with implantable devices including bone-anchored hearing technology. She is also on the Allied Health Professional Staff at Athens Regional Medical Center in Athens, Georgia.
